NDSL 7A (Peter Killian)

DDSL 8A (P Danaher) : Castleknock Celtic 0 - 0 Valeview Shankill :A very competitive close encounter ended all square in Porterstown. The level of commitment shown by the Castleknock players was admirable in the first game back after the mid-season break. In defence, Tom Hegarty, David Petticrew and Keith O'Hanlon were rock solid. The midfield players of Matthew Moran, Mark Cole, Luke Danaher, Callan Darcy and Adam Fahy covered every blade of grass. Up front Gavin Harney and Daniel Fagan ran their hearts out for the team.
A good start to the second half of the season. 0-0

NDSL 8B (C Jones) :  Celtic put St Itas to the sword with a 4-0 home win.

NDSL 8C (P Mason) : Celtic lost their unbeaten run in a 3:1 defeat by second from the top Malahide United. It started off scrappy and when a Malahide striker was pulled down in the box the ref had no hesitation in awarding an early penalty. Stephen Mason dived correctly however the strike was too good even for Peter Cech. The heads went down and soon the game was dominated by Malahide and they doubled their lead just before half time with a superb goal. After the break they continued to pile on the pressure and eventually it paid off with a third goal. At this stage we were playing for pride and a late penalty was awarded to Celtic for a mistimed tackle on Geremi. Jamie McGaley struck a brilliant shot to make it 3:1.

This is how it finished but Celtic had lost the shape that they possessed in previous games and a lack of match practice and training showed as they were very tired at the end. We look forward to next week’s match as we will be fitter and wiser after Saturday.

NDSL 9A (T Rush) : Mike Leahy and Ruair Patton were the match winners for Celtic in their 2-0 home win over Dunshaughlin, to keep their challenge for honours intact.  2-0

NDSL 9B (A Schmidt) :

DDSL 9C (T Molloy) : Celtic travelled to Stillorgan to take on Lakelands. The game was played on a hill, with Celtic defending the bottom of the hill in the first half. They got off to a great start, and held Lakelands scoreless until the dying seconds of the first half. Lakelands opened the scoring with seconds to go until half time.

Celtic started the second half, heads down and conceded an early goal, to go two down. But they didn't let their heads drop, and got about their work in earnest. They pulled one back, through Andrew O'Neill, midway through the second half, and went in search of an equaliser. The goal finally came from the tightest of angles, from the boot of Troy Ryan.

Celtic went after the winner, but just couldn't get it. With Conall Dillon hitting the crossbar, Conor Troy, Alex Ffrench-Mullen and Sebastian Polegra all bringing great saves from the keeper. At the other end, Naoise McAloon saved the day, with a fantastic stop, which brought applause from both sides of the ground. Celtic came away feeling that they deserved a little more than a draw. Lakelands 2 - Celtic 2.

DDSL 11B (A Kelly) : Celtic kept their winning streak going with a 3-1 home win over Rivermount in Porterstown.  0-0 at half-time, the resumption saw Celtic fall behind.  Then 2 goals from Mustafa Said and one from the free-scoring Greg Tobin saw Celtic earn full points.  3-1

NDSL 11C (S McLoughlin) : Celtic overcame Wayside in this away game with a 2-0 victory.

NDSL 11E (R Barron) : Superb win on the road for Celtic. They visited Ashbourne Utd, and truly put them to the sword, with a 7-0 victory.  Alex Braden's brace, and goals from John Carrie, Nermin Bardak, Liam Mulrooney, David Kelly and James Lawson, ensured that Celtic continue to look a real threat to any opposition.  7-0

NDSL 12Prem (F Murphy) :

NDSL 12B (CON/MT) : OFF

NDSL 12C (JOL) : Fab performance by John O'Leary's heroes as they travelled to Lusk to take on the local United team.  Shane Coffey, Kyle Patten, and Ewan O'Connor, showed that the long break had not affected their appetite for the battle ahead as they were all on the scoresheet.  The title challenge is on. 3-1

DDSL 12D (PAllen) : Double from Joey Mongey and one from Daniel Jurcik give Celtic a superb win over Naas FC to give them a 3-1  home victory.  3-1

NDSL 12Girls (BOD) :

DDSL 13Prem (D Hevey) : Celtic show their class with deserved win against a robust Shelbourne side.  2-0

NDSL 13Prem (B Kennedy) : Celtic hosted Clontarf in Porterstown, and though not playing at their peak, the home side were comfortable winners.  Luke Bennett, Keelan Mcanerin and Eoin Newman were Celtic's marksmen.  On another day, the margin could have been a lot wider, as they dominated throughout.  Man of the match was  Klevis Kurpreka,  who was outstanding at right back.  3-1

NDSL 13C (JnHayes):

NDSL 13D (JnByrne):

NDSL 13E (AlFahy):

NDSL 14Premier (P Slevin):  Sluggish performance at home leaves Celtic having to share the points with visitors Swords Celtic.  1-1.

DDSL 14Major (D Bradshaw) :  Celtic were destroyed by a 6ft 3in striker in the Ballyoulster ranks.  He was towering above everyone, with an awesome strike in his armoury.  Celtic fell 0-3 behind in 12 mins.  Kevin Flanagan got Celtic's two goals.  2-5

NDSL 14C (K Leech) :

NDSL 14Girls (PH) :

Superb performance by Celtic's girls as they put St Josephs to the sword. They showed their resilience by recovering from their cup setback against Shelbourne.  They hit Joeys for Six, to give them 3 wins out of 3 in the league. Despite a hat-trick by the veteran Celtic striker, Aisling Hoey, player of the match award went to Joy Guinane, who set up all 3 Celtic's goals in the first half, before crowning her display with her own goal in the second half.  The experienced Orlaith Higgins completed the scoring with a goal in each half.  6-0

NDSL 14D (W O Gorman) : Celtic visited Glebe North, but the hosts had the rub of the green.  3 breakaways gave  the home side a comfortable cushion, even though Celtic were not playing badly.  The final result flattered Glebe in the end and it does not reflect the amount of play that Castleknock enjoyed.  1-5

NDSL 15Prem (D Hanlon) :

NDSL 15B (S ODonnchu) :

NDSL 15C (B Smyth) : Brendan Smyth's squad maintained their good form with a 2-0  home win over Ratoath Harps.  2-0
