LSL Div1D Sat :
AUL Div1 Sun : Weah brace and one from
Shane Murphy put Celtic 3-0 up at half time. But
league leaders at the start of play, Greenpark, hit back
to make it a scary final quarter. Celtic prevailed
in the end to send them top of the table with the
season's end in sight. 6 points from their remaining 6
games will confirm them as champions.
NDSL 7s:
NDSL 8As: Another great win as Mark Brazil and
Ruairi Paton are on the mark for Celtic away to Navan
Road Utd. Their league title dream lives on, and
the double is a real possibility as they play in the Cup
Final on 10th May. 2-1
NDSL 8B:
DDSL 8E1s: Celtic look like they will have to
settle for runners-up after defeat at home to
high-flying St Josephs Sallynoggin. The scoreline
flatters Joeys as Celtic were more than a match for the
opposition for long spells. 1-4

The final game of the season was finished
off in some style against Woodlawn, with a tremendous
5-0 win.
Megan Naughton finished up her season with a well-taken
hat-trick. Unfortunately, Celtic will lose the
services of Megan at the end of this season as females
have to go to an all-girls team at Under-14. Hopefully,
we can start such a team next season. What a
talent she has been and will be sorely missed by her
team-mates. She could always be relied on to give
a 110% in every game. We wish her well. She was
joined on the scoresheet by Eoin Goslin and Niall
McCabe, which made it 5-0 at the finish. Tim Moran
was outstanding in goal once again. Atif Said,
David McCann, Alan Leech were all unlucky not to score.
