Aims of Castleknock Celtic Coaching Committee

• To develop and maintain a Player and Team Development Coaching Syllabus which is enjoyable and appropriate for each age group
• To provide new and existing coaches with access to the necessary knowledge and skills to implement the clubs coaching syllabus and to enjoy their involvement.
• To increase the number of qualified coaches in the club on a year by year basis in accordance with club policy.
• Increase level of player acquisition through delivery of quality coaching events to local community and schools.
• To create a coaching environment and ethos where the development of players and individual life skills always take precedence over winning.
