SOCCER CAMP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

·   Payment of fee is regarded as full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

·   Confirmation of your booking will be issued only on receipt of your completed application form and payment of the appropriate fee. This confirmation will be sent to the details as provided by you on your application form.

·   Places are 36 and will be allocated strictly on a first come, first served basis, to club and non-club applicants.

·   Full refund applies to cancellations received in writing up to two weeks prior to the camp start date. A 50% refund applies to later cancellations.

·   If a participant has any particular health conditions, allergies or medical/dietary needs, these must be notified in writing to FUNdamental Football Ltd at the time of the application.

·   It is an automatic condition of participation that you authorise the camp staff to take whatever emergency action they deem fit, particularly in the event that parents / guardians cannot be contacted. In the unlikely event that a participant requires further medical attention, parents / guardians are liable for all expenses incurred.

·   Camp staff accept no responsibility for loss of personal property, money or valuables.  It is recommended that participants should not bring such valuables to the Camp.

·   Parents / Guardians must be available at all times, at the contact numbers provided on the application, in the event of urgent circumstances or emergency

·   We treat as a priority the safety and well being of all our participants attending our courses. We therefore reserve the right to remove from our course, without refund, any participant who is found bullying, behaving in a way that may be a danger to others or who is generally disruptive.

·   You agree to grant us right in perpetuity without approval or compensation, to use the participants name, photographic or video image or likeness for our reasonable commercial purposes.

·   Neither you nor the participant shall disclose or use any aspect of our course for commercial purposes.

·   If you are not the participant’s parent or guardian, you confirm that you have made such parent or guardian fully aware of this booking and of these terms and conditions (and that they have agreed to them)

·   For safety and administrative purposes FUNdamental Football will not accept registrations for the full 5 day camp on the first day of camp. However registrations will be accepted and participants can commence on day 2 - there will be no reduction in fee.

REQUIREMENTS

A separate application form must be completed for each child talking part. Children must wear football boots and shin-guards at all times, and bring sun hat, sun screen, and rainwear as appropriate. Runners and a healthy packed lunch and plenty of water are also required

 

 

FEE

 €90 per child and can be paid in cash or by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to FUNdamental Football Ltd

EASTER CAMP 2009

 

 

 FUNdamental Football Ltd are providing an opportunity for 7-13-year-old boys AND girls to participate in an outdoor soccer camp, filled with fun, enjoyable and challenging activities.  The camp will be run by trained and experienced soccer coaches with qualified supervisors.

 

The activities and exercises included in the programme are specially developed to provide the maximum fun and learning.

Every child attending will have the opportunity to improve their soccer playing ability and learn essential life skills including fair play, sharing, teamwork, discipline, concentration, and positive attitude.

 

Learning games, soccer skills, tactics and world-cup matches are all included. The camp content has been developed in consultation with Phil Wymer, qualified and renowned UK coach and author of numerous books on soccer coaching.

 

COACHES:

All of our coaches delivering the camp are fully trained and experienced soccer coaches with UEFA and FAI qualifications. A maximum of 16 children per coach will be enrolled, ensuring adequate supervision and a real learning opportunity, with quality coaching for each child
