U8′s win a a thriller at the seaside! Rush Athletic 3 v Castleknock Celtic 4.
Celtic came out on the right side of a cracking match in Rush today. Excellent performances all round and a “never say die” attitude earned the boys a victory. A goal behind early on, Celtic went ahead 2-1 only to be pegged back twice before sealing vistory with just two minutes to go. Two goals apiece from Killian Hegarty and Bed McDonagh and sterling defensive performances from Cian Da Costa, Conor Boyle and Dauda Danson. Scott Sorahan James Murgatroyd & Conor Coughlan worked their socks off to help Celtic take a well earned victory. Very well done lads!
