Celtic hosted Sacred Heart in Porterstown, on a windy Saturday morning. The team was down to the bare bones, with only eleven players available. The eleven showed great heart, and a special mention to Conor Cummins, who got into goal. Despite Conor’s ability to score goals, he proved good at stopping them too.
Celtic took the lead in an even first half through Padraig Collins, after good work by Ruairí Patton. In a tough second half, Celtic showed great courage and battling qualities to keep their impressive 100% start to the season going.
